Nuoc Cham (Vietnamese Fish Sauce Dipping Sauce)

 




1/4 cup hot water
2 tablespoons sugar
1 lemon, juiced or 2 limes, juiced
5 garlic cloves
4 Thai chillies, sliced
1/2 cup fish sauce


Step 1: Mix the water, with the sugar until dissolved.

Step 2: Add the lemon juice, chillies, and garlic, mix well.

Step 3: Add the fish sauce and mix until combined, serve with your favourite dishes :D :D :D.
